Dr. Cossack is a character from Redballbomb's continuation of the Mega Man Archie comics.
History
The Rise of Cossack.
Cossack is first scene in Issue 56, where he is seen worried about his daughter Kalinka, as she is currently missing. He later gets a call from Dr. Wily, surprised to see him alive after he "died" piloting Gama. Wily then tells him that he kidnapped Kalinka. Infuriated by this, he threatens to call Mega Man, but Wily interrupts him to tell him that he will let Gravity Man do something dastardly to her if he refuse. Cossack then decides to join Wily. Wily and Gravity Man later how up at Cossack Citadel, and tell him that he needs to weaponize all his Robot Masters, Cossack then calls all six of his Robot Masters to come to the Citadel to be weaponized. Later on Ring Man and Skull Man were created. Wily then wants Cossack to give a speech to the world that he will Destroy Mega Man and hung his corpse in display for the world to see.
