Fransiska and Lancea, better known as the Mad Sisters, are characters from Rokko Chan. They fight side-by-side as the first Fortress Boss.
Appearance[]
Fransiska and Lancea resemble girls the size of Rockman himself. Their name is derived from the weapons that Doctor Mad gave them. Franciska has grey "hair" with a skull on her forehead and two pigtail-like things that resemble the spikes that Metal Man has on his helmet.
