Light Armor

Light Armor[]

also known as First Armor and Armor of Light, are four parts that form the first armor that X receives from the Light Capsules in the Maverick Hunter X.

  1. Head: Headbutt - Crush the enemies with hardened head armor, dealing attack damage and inducing DEF weakened state. Will not take damage when the skill is active.
  2. Buster: Spiral Blast Shot - Charge to shoot an energy round to inflict at the target. At maximum charge, release spiral energy shots in quick succession, dealing damage each round and leave shockwave on their trails that deal periodical damage to all targets that came into contact.
  3. Body: Armor Protection - Reduce damage taken by 50%.
  4. Legs: Enables the dash function on the ground. This dash ability was designed to be internalized inside X's own system in the games after this, allowing him to have the same dash function without the use of armor.
  5. Full-set potential:
    • Hadouken - It launches a fireball that can deal damage to any enemy in the game.
    • Giga-attack: Shakunetsu Hadouken - Executed by performing a half-circle forward or backward motion, depending on pressing punch, the Shakunetsu Hadouken is imbued with thermal energy that sets it on fire.
