Toad Man is one of the eight Robot Masters created by Dr. Cossack in Redballbomb's continuation of the Mega Man Archie comics.
Story[]
The Rise of Cossack[]
Toad Man first appeard in Issue #56 where he is seen watering crops, until he is called by Dr. Cossack to be called back to the Cossack Citadel. When he and his brothers get back, Cossack tells them that they must fight Mega Man because Wily has kidnapped Kalinka. Toad Man along with the others are laterd reprogrammed into combat robots. Toad Man is now equipped with the Rain Flush.
The Cossack Challengers[]
Toad Man appaears as the main "Boss" of issue #57. In the issue Mega Man goes through his stage and fights Toad Man, Toad Man asks Mega Man why he thinks his brothers would threatened the humans, which leaves Mega Man speeches.Mega Man and Toad Man then fight each other, alittle while in the fight, Mega Man fires Snail Bomb, which just so happens to be Toad Man's weakness. Toad Man then uses some of his abilitys from Rockman Minus Infinity, and then does the Over Drive move from Minus Infinity. Toad Man then use TOAD on Mega Man, but does not turn into a Toad, but gets hurt, he then finishes him off with Snail Bomb. After Toad Man was defeated, he gets Rain Flush and TOAD. He was leater teleported back to Wily's base off panel.

- During his battle, Toad Man makes a Spongebob Squarepants reference: "You'll never beat me, Mega Man! Not when I shift to Maximum Overdrive!"
